We have exciting news to share! From now on, MijnPortfolio is called Skillsly. In this blog post, we'll explain the reasoning behind this decision and what this change means for you.
Skillsly is part of the Paragin Group
Paragin Group is a leading provider of innovative edtech solutions focused on developing knowledge and competencies through online software. We aim to foster lifelong skill development and professional growth across diverse sectors, including education, business, and government.
Founded in 2000, Paragin began by developing internet software geared towards competency, knowledge, and talent development for big and small organizations. This includes the product Skillsly—a comprehensive platform that offers intelligent solutions for diverse sectors with tools for exams, (re)certification, education, and career guidance.
Skillsly is the new MijnPortfolio.
We aim to position our products further internationally. Therefore, we decided to change MijnPortfolio to Skillsly. This new name reflects the broader range of functionalities within the product and aligns with the international ambitions of Paragin Group. By emphasizing the term "skill," we emphasize skill development, which aligns with our vision for lifelong professional growth.
Why a new brand identity?
We decided to align the branding of our products more closely. This change stems from our desire to present our wide range of products.
The new brand identity brings a consistent look across all product logos, with subtle references to the previous brand identity in color and shape. This flexibility enables the products to be presented individually and together, highlighting Paragin Group's broad offering.
In addition to the visual unity, a new website for Skillsly has been developed. It allows customers to navigate our offerings easily and offers a clear overview of our benefits.

What does this change mean for you?
If you are a user or partner of Skillsly, you might wonder: will this change affect me? Don't worry! This new name will not impact you.
The only differences you'll notice are:
- MijnPortfolio, will be Skillsly from now on.
- We have a new website; www.skillsly.com
- The new logo appears this week on the updated website and our social media channels.
